How To Hide Likes On YouTube | YouTube Growth Hack To Make Your YouTube Channel Stand Out

Don't want your subscribers to know how many likes you've gotten on your YouTube video? Stay tuned because I'll show you exactly how to hide likes on YouTube. Hi, I’m Marina, and I share simple tutorials for non-techie entrepreneurs as a non-techie entrepreneur.

To hide likes on YouTube, head over to your YouTube channel, click on your icon on the top, right-hand side, and then on YouTube studio. Click on 'content' on the left, locate the video you wish to hide the likes of, hover your mouse over it, and then click on the pencil icon to access its details.

Scroll down to the very bottom. Locate this 'show how many viewers like this video' checkbox, uncheck it, and then click on 'save' on the top, right-hand side.

If you wish to hide likes on all of your YouTube videos and YouTube shorts, rather than on just a specific video, you'll first need to download the free TubeBuddy extension. Once you've done that, head back to your YouTube studio, and click on 'settings' on the left.

With TubeBuddy installed, this 'upload defaults' option will appear in your settings. Click on it, and then on 'advanced settings'.

Scroll all the way down. Just as before, locate this 'show how many viewers like this video' checkbox, uncheck it, and then click on 'save' on the bottom, right-hand side.
