In MailChimp, click on 'Audience' from the left-hand side panel and then on 'Sign Up Forms.' Since you want to create a sign-up form in MailChimp that we'll add to your Wix's website, where it says 'Embedded Form,' click on 'Edit Embedded Form.'
This is where you can customize what your subscribe form looks like. You can edit the form fields, including the email address, name, and last name. Adjust the settings, including the form title, width, and toggle whether you want to remove CSS styles, disable all JavaScript, show format options, and show archive link tags, where you can get responses to this form. Tags are automatically applied to the form contacts, as well as a referral badge where you earn bill credits when you refer new paying customers to MailChimp.
Once you're happy with how your MailChimp subscribe form looks, click on 'Continue' on the top right-hand side. Now that your form is ready, all you need to do is copy and paste this code into your website's HTML where you want the form to appear. So let's go ahead and click on 'Copy Code' and head over to our Wix website.
On the pages drop-down menu on the top left-hand side, select the page where you want the opt-in form to go, such as the contact page. Now click on 'Add' from the left-hand side panel, choose 'Embed Code,' and embed HTML in the space provided. Paste the code you just copied from MailChimp and then click on 'Update.' If you wish, you can add what's in the embed by telling Google, adding alt text in the space over here.
Let's exit out of this HTML settings popup box and resize and reposition the subscribe form so that the entire form is apparent. Now that you've integrated Wix with MailChimp, go ahead and click on 'Publish' on the top right-hand side to make your changes active.
