First off, if you don't have a Wix account yet, just click on the link in the description box below to sign up for free. To share your Wix website with your group members, log in to your Wix account, hover your mouse over the website you wish to share, and then click on 'select site'.


On the top, left-hand side, right below your website thumbnail, you'll see your site role, in my case, owner. Right below that, click on 'invite people' to access the Wix members area and invite people to your Wix website.


You can access these same features by clicking on 'settings' from the left-hand side menu, 'roles and permissions', and then on 'invite people' on the top, right-hand side. This section is where you can give people access to this site and assign them roles.


To share your Wix website with your group members, all you have to do is add that person's email in the space provided. To add multiple invitees, enter each email separated by a comma. You can then assign them a role. Feel free to select one or more roles for the people you're inviting.

Website designer, in which the person can edit the site, manage settings and apps but cannot access Inbox, contacts and other sensitive info. And back office manager, in which the person can access the Dashboard to manage site settings and apps but cannot edit the site.


Billing roles, which include the billing manager, in which the person can make purchases, manage subscriptions, add payment methods and connect a domain to the site. And the domain manager, in which the person can connect and manage domains but cannot make purchases.


Marketing and customer manager roles, which include the marketing manager, in which the person can manage all marketing tools, contacts, automation, and view site analytics. And the customer relations manager, in which the person can manage contacts, forms, tasks, workflows, automations, and communicate in chat, but cannot export contacts.


Blog roles, which include blog editor, in which the person can fully manage the blog but not other areas of your site. And the blog writer, in which the person can write posts but cannot create or manage categories.


As well as payment roles, which is the payments manager, in which the person can view and manage customer payments, but cannot purchase domains or subscriptions.
