PDF To Word: How To Convert PDF To Word | How To Convert PDF Into Word

Have you been wondering how to convert PDF to Word? In this video, I'll show you how to easily convert a PDF file to a Word document so that you can edit a PDF file in Word.

So the first thing you'll need to do is open up the PDF file you wish to convert into a Word document in Word. To do that, in Word, click on 'file' up top, 'open', locate the PDF file you wish to convert into a Word document, and then click on 'open'.

A popup will appear mentioning that Word is converting that PDF document, and once it completes the conversion, you'll be able to click on the text and images that were on that PDF, and easily move, edit and delete them in Word.

You can also follow this same process to convert a PDF to Word using the Microsoft Office app on your iPhone or on your Android, so either head over to the App Store or to the Play Store to download the Microsoft Office app on your phone.

Once you've opened up the Microsoft Office app, click on 'actions' from the bottom, right-hand side. If you scroll down, you'll notice that one of the actions it offers is to convert 'document to PDF' by converting a document into PDF, so go ahead and click on that.

You can either sign in to see your recent document, or click 'browse' up top to open up a file on your phone. If your files aren't automatically populating in the Microsoft App, open up the file in the app that it is saved in, such as Files, Google Drive, or Dropbox, select either 'share' or 'open in', and then in the 'more section', select 'open in Office'.

Once the PDF file you wish to convert to Word has been uploaded in the Microsoft Office app, click on the three little dots up top, and then select 'convert to Word'.

The Microsoft Office app is now going to process your request, and extract the text from your PDF so that it becomes fully editable in Word. Once it has completed the process, just like before on your computer, you'll be able to customize the text it has extracted from your PDF as a Word document.
