In order to easily move strips up and down in the Wix editor, you'll first need to add the Wix strips to your page. Let me quickly show you how to do that. Click on the pages drop-down menu on the top left-hand side, then on manage pages, and lastly on add page at the bottom. Feel free to add a Wix template if you wish or click on add a blank page on the top left-hand side.
Name the page in your Wix site menu, such as Wix strips, and then click on done. Let's x out of the site pages and menu so that I can show you how to easily move strips up and down in the Wix editor.
Either click on add section right here in the middle or from the left-hand side panel. This section can be either welcome, about, team, contact, promotion, services, subscribe, testimonials, clients, store, bookings, events, basic, text, list, form, or saved sections if you have them.
I'm going to click on welcome and then click on a welcome strip of my choice. Now let's scroll down and then click on add section again. This time let's click on about. Click on an About Us section, and repeat the same process by clicking on add section, click on team, and add a team section.
Now, say that we want to add this team section above the About Us section. In order to move this strip over here, all you have to do is click on the zoom-out button to zoom out to 50%. A pop-up will appear over here on the right, so you can move that section up or move that section down. Just make sure you've selected the section that you wish, such as the team section, and then click to move the section up or move the section down.
Once you're done reordering your Wix strips, whether you're moving a strip down or moving a strip up, make sure to click on publish on the top right-hand side to make your changes active.
