How To Add Link In Canva

To add a link in Canva, head over to canva.com and either click on upload below the search bar to search for a PDF document from your computer to upload and then add a link to, or click on the search bar and search for a PDF template of a PDF document of your choice, which you can then customize and add a link to.

Let's choose this one over here, for instance, by clicking on it and then clicking on customize this template.

To add a link to this PDF in Canva, select the piece of text, the graphic, or even the image you want to add a link to. Click on the three little dots from its individual toolbar to access more settings, and then click on link. You can add a link to another Canva design, to another page in the same document, or even to an external URL, such as to your website.

Let me do that. For instance, let me add the link to my website and then click on enter. Once you're done doing that, click on done at the bottom.

Now, let's click on this text over here so I can show you how to add a link to another page in this design. Let's click on more from its individual toolbar link. Scroll down and then choose page two. Then click on done at the bottom.

Lastly, let me show you how to add a link to a graphic in the same design. I'll click on the graphic, again click on the three little dots to access more settings from its individual toolbar, click on link, and this time let's select another one of our Canva designs, such as this one over here, and then click on done at the bottom.

If you wish to remove any of these links that you added to your Canva design, you can click on the element and then on the pencil icon to edit the link. You can either click to copy it, or, as what we wanted to do, click on the trash can to remove it.

Once you're done adding links to Canva, make sure to click on share on the top right-hand side, and then on download, and on download again to save your Canva design with links to your computer.

Now, let's click on that to open it up so you can see the PDF with links added in action. As you can see, this element over here doesn't have a link anymore since we removed it. If we click on this image over here, we'll be redirected to my website's URL. And if we click on this other link over here, which we added to this Canva design, we'll be redirected to the second page.
