Create A Hamburger Menu On Wix

In this video, I'm going to show you how to create a hamburger menu on Wix. So, the first thing you want to do is click on the "Add Apps" icon from the left-hand side panel. Click on the search bar and search for "Impressive Site Menu".



Once that option populates, click on it and then click on "Add to Site" to add the Impressive Site Menu, which includes the hamburger menu, onto your Wix website. A pop-up will appear asking whether the Impressive Site Menu app can read basic sites and business info on your Wix website. So, go ahead and click on "Agree and Add".


As you can see, on the top right of your Wix website, a hamburger menu will appear. Let's go ahead and click on it and then on "Settings" to customize its options. Under the "Main" section, you can choose your layouts. This includes slide in, corner slide, mini slide, one by one, curve in, bounce in, bubble in, expand in, drop in, and others. You can also select your menu icons and toggle whether you wish to choose an animation or not.


Under "Settings," you can customize things such as general, including the navbar app visibility, position, sub-page settings, sub-menu parent icons, and pages alignment. As well as the menu icon frame and menu icon position, logo and title, navbar logo, menu title settings, and logo alignment and menu icon title.


The menu order, where you can toggle whether you wish to change the menu order or not, and then drag and drop to change the order of your menu. The page icons, where you can toggle whether you wish to show icons next to pages or not, and then click on an icon to change it to something else. A social media icons section, where you can reposition them, add new social media icons, as well as access its settings, including the vertical offset and alignment. And languages, where you can add a languages menu to your website or not.


Under "Design," you can click on "General" to change the navbar background, page background, subpage background, dividers, close button, and scroll bar. As well as the menu icon size and color, menu icon background, and menu icon border.


You can click on "Text" to change the navbar title, page names, and sub-page names. And on the menu icon to change the title if you have one. You can click on the page icons to change the page icons and sub-page icons' colors. As well as on social media icons to change the social icons' presets, color, and size.


Once you're done creating and customizing your Wix hamburger menu in Wix, make sure to click on "Publish" on the top right-hand side to make your changes active.
