If you're eligible, you can monetize your videos through YouTube ads. Enable monetization by following the prompts on the upload page.
While we all love a good soundtrack, be cautious when using copyrighted music in your videos. YouTube's Content ID system can detect copyrighted music, and it might lead to your video being demonetized or taken down. To play it safe, use YouTube's Audio Library, which offers a wide range of music and sound effects that you can use for free without worrying about copyright issues.
Closed captions are like the icing on the cake for your videos. They make your content accessible to a broader audience and can improve search engine optimization. To add them, click on the "Subtitles" tab on the video details page after uploading. You can either upload a caption file or create your own. YouTube even has an automatic captioning feature to get you started.
Now, let's make your videos even more engaging. You can use end screens and cards to keep your viewers hooked and promote other videos or your channel.

Cards: Cards are interactive elements that you can add throughout your video. They can be used to promote products, videos, or playlists. To add cards, go to the "Cards" tab in the video editor and follow the prompts.
Decide whether you want your videos to be public, private, or unlisted. If you're ready to share with the world, select "Public." If you're not quite ready for prime time, choose "Private" or "Unlisted" until you are. You can either publish them immediately or schedule a future date and time. Flexibility is key!
Finally, the moment of truth! Click the "Publish" button, and your videos will start uploading. The time it takes depends on your internet speed and the video size, so sit back, relax, and let YouTube do its thing.
