How To Hide Your YouTube Channel - Guide For Beginners (Quick & Easy!)

Head over to YouTube, click on your profile picture on the top right-hand side, and then click on YouTube Studio.



From the sidebar on the left, click on settings, select channel, and then advanced settings. Scroll all the way down, and then click on remove YouTube content.


To continue, first verify that it's you by entering your password in the space provided, and then click on next.


Click on "I want to hide my content." Select the boxes to confirm what will be hidden from your channel. You can either select the following to be made private: your public videos and public playlists, while maintaining your channel page, channel name, channel art and icon, as well as your likes and subscriptions.


Or, you can hide both of these or choose to hide just your channel page, channel name, channel art and icon, as well as likes and subscriptions. I'll select both of these boxes and then click on "hide my content."


A pop-up will appear asking you whether you want to hide all of your content. This will make all your videos and playlists private so that only you can view them. If you want to continue, click on "hide my content" again.


As you can see, all of my content has now been hidden.
