In today's video I'm going to be sharing with you how to add Mailchimp to your Wix account. This is great if you’re using Mailchimp as your email marketing platform of choice, and want to integrate Mailchimp with Wix to transform your site’s visitors into subscribers and ultimately into sales.

To create an email opt in form in Mailchimp, click on ‘create’ from the menu up top, and then on ‘signup form’. When creating a signup form, you can choose between an embedded form, a popup form, or a signup landing page. Click on ‘embedded form’, and then select an audience from the dropdown menu, and click on ‘begin’.
On the next page, you’ll be prompted with a number of email opt in templates to choose from: classic, condensed, horizontal, unstyled or advanced. Select the template of your choosing, and then go through the form options.
You can include or exclude the form title, show only required fields or show all fields, toggle whether you want to show or hide interest group fields, required field indicators, and format options, manage GDPR fields in ‘Audience Name and Defaults’, edit the form width, and enhance your form by disabling all JavaScript, including an archive link, and including a MonkeyRewards link.
Once you’ve finished editing your signup form in Mailchimp to look the way you wish, copy the code that appears. In your Wix editor, on the page you wish to add your Mailchimp signup form to, click on ‘+add’ from the left-hand side panel, ‘more’, and then drag-and-drop the HTML iframe onto your page.
From the HTML iframe’s individual toolbar, click on ‘enter code’, paste the code you copied from Mailchimp where in the space provided, and then click on apply. Resize the iframe by dragging the little dots around it so that the signup form fits properly, without bits and pieces being cut off.
Once you’ve finished editing your email signup form, remember to save your work, and click on the blue ‘publish’ button up top to make your changes active to all of your site’s visitors.
