Web designers tend to charge between $1200 up to $8000 per website that they create, and it usually takes between 2 to 3 weeks to create each website.


#2 Membership site creator. This is a similar work from home job when compared to a web designer, but instead of creating a one-time, done-for-you website, you own a website that drips out new content to its members on a weekly or monthly basis. This is great if you have a lot of knowledge about a particular subject, but instead of sharing it all at once, you can create and share it in smaller increments. You can charge between $10 and $100 per member per month depending on the amount of content that you have, and on other add-on services that you may offer, such as a private Facebook group for members.

This can range from answering emails and proofreading blog posts to managing a project at large. Virtual assistants work remotely, and can help a number of clients at the same time. You can expect to earn $10 to $30 per hour.


#6 Youtuber. There's no denying that video content is on the rise, and that many people now prefer watching videos to reading blog posts. In order to be monetized on YouTube, you'll need at least 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time in the past year. If you're consistent in publishing new videos, and are willing to put in the work needed to succeed, you can totally achieve that. You can use professional tools to create graphics, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, or even more beginner-friendly tools such as Canva and Visme. As a graphic designer you can design anything from the general visual identity of your client, such as their logo and branding elements, to more specific designs, such as lead magnets and social media graphics. Graphic designers tend to earn between $25 and $45 per hour, but depending on your skillset, this number can increase up to $100 per hour.


#9 Ad manager. With the vast number of ads you can now create, from Facebook to YouTube to Google, there are a lot of options in this field if it sounds like something up your alley. Many people have tried to dabble in ads, or want to create ads, but have absolutely no idea where and how to start. As such, there is a vast potential for growth. As an ad manager, it’s possible to work with multiple clients at the same time, and you can charge between $200 to $2000 per client per month.

A social media manager's job can range from something simple, like publishing already created posts on social media platforms at a particular time on behalf of their client and interacting with those leaving comments on said posts, to something more complex like providing strategic assistance by creating social media posts themselves and helping clients on what to post to get best results.
